TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP I, the undersigned, agree that my and/or my child's enrolment with Bouncing Bunnies (Pty) Ltd is subject to all the terms and conditions set out herein. 1. I will always be responsible for payment of all fees charged by Bouncing Bunnies. 2. Bouncing Bunnies reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time with one month's prior written notice. 3. All fees are payable by EFT only into the following bank account, on or before the start date of every new term: Bouncing Bunnies (Pty) Ltd · FNB · Branch: 250655 · Account: 62547746993 (Use the member's name as reference and email proof to accounts@bouncingbunnies.joburg) 4. Late payments are subject to an administration fee of R350, calculated and compounded weekly. 5. Bouncing Bunnies reserves the right to suspend lessons pending payment of outstanding fees. 6. TERMINATING LESSONS: Membership terminates automatically on the last day of a term. No refunds for early termination. No attendance after term expiry without a new enrolment. 7. MISSED LESSONS: Bouncing Bunnies is not obligated to provide make-up lessons. No refunds for missed lessons, regardless of reason. 8. All members must attend in suitable clothing. NO SHOES, FOOD OR DRINKS in the gym. 9. Minors shall always be under the supervision and control of their guardian. 10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I agree that participation in physical exercise or use of facilities is at my own and my child's risk, including risk of death, injury, damage or loss. This includes injuries arising out of the negligence of Bouncing Bunnies, whether active or passive. 11. RELEASE: I agree to release and discharge Bouncing Bunnies from any and all claims arising out of negligence or otherwise, including death, injuries, loss or damage from use of premises, equipment, or facilities. 12. INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bouncing Bunnies from any death, loss, liability, damage or cost incurred due to the provision of its services. 13. I am aware that by accepting these terms, I am giving up my right to bring legal action against Bouncing Bunnies for any cause referred to above, including negligence and any defective equipment or facility. 14. This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the Member and Bouncing Bunnies. No variation shall be of any force unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
